📃 Proposal #126: Increasing Transaction Fee On Oraichain Network OBJECTIVES: 🟢 To protect the network from on-purpose spammy transactions 🟢 Increase the incentives for validators 🟢 Increase the network effect & magnitude of Native ORAI’s use cases PRACTICES: 🔵 Increase the minimum transaction fee to $0.01 worth of Native ORAI (at the time of writing) by default. This applies to all transaction types on the network. 🔵 Validators can choose to update the transaction fee or not, however, we strongly encourage all validators to perform this change. 🔵 Validators who receive delegations from Foundation Delegation Program are required to adjust the transaction fee to standardize new settings of the network transaction fee, considering that the voting power of such validators is relatively high and meaningful to this systematic, omnipresent change.
