Discussion: Validator Recruitment & Redelegation Campaign Proposal by @Common_Cents_Crypto
❗️Nearly 50% of voting power is controlled by only 4 validators.
❗️Delegators are unfamiliar with the majority of validators. This increases the likelihood they delegate to the largest validators, because it provides a greater psychological sense of trust and security.
❗️Though Oraichain is an IBC member, few other projects and community members are aware of us.
❗️We want to avoid hurting current validators who continue to support the network and ensure they don’t feel punished or overlooked by this campaign.
